Spec Building #19
This 354,000 square-foot office/warehouse building incorporates efficient building design, with maximum flexibility, to accommodate tenants with large warehouse square footage and volume requirements. The 1997 New Jersey Golden Trowel Masonry Award was presented to Ruggieri & Partners for best in commercial category; which recognizes the creative use of concrete masonry units for this building.
Spec Building #17
This 374,000 square-foot office/warehouse building incorporates efficient building design, with maximum flexibility, to accommodate tenants with large warehouse square-footage
and volume requirements. The double-sided front load design provides the tenant the ability to "cross dock" if necessary. The use of color and textural variety of the concrete masonry units create a strong horizontality that helps humanize the scale of this thirty foot clear facility.
Checkpoint
This 104,000 square-foot office/research facility provides flexible space for a company specializing in the provision of a variety of security components for the retail industry nationwide. Special attention in the design of this building incorporates many of the Owner's devices for interior and perimeter security protection. A combination of ribbon and punched window openings, with colored concrete masonry unit accent banding provide a respected building aesthetic.
Spec Building IV-A
This 52,000 square-foot one story office building space planned specifically to accommodate four (4) departments of the State of New
Jersey, including the Division of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Youth and Family Services. Located at a major interchange on NJ State Highway 295, the mix of same color masonry units provides a unique skin which does not compete with the State's required building signage.
Spec Building #4
This 132,000 square-foot flex building incorporates efficient building design with maximum flexibility to accommodate tenants with large warehouse space requirements. The building, located in Forest Park Corporate Center, a development of Trammel Crow Company, was awarded the 1989 Commerce Bank/Tri-State Building Excellence Award in the Industrial/Warehouse category.
