The Bank of Gloucester County

This 20,00 square-foot one story office building is the operations center for a major bank. The space plan accommodates the multitude of departments required for a facility of this nature and provides excellent adjacencies throughout. Three levels of sprinklers and FM 200 suppression systems provide an extraordinarily safe environment for staff and protection of valuable documents and equipment. The wood frame exterior bearing walls and wood trussed roof provide a cost effective structural system and architectural style consistent with the Bank's established aesthetic motif. The concrete masonry unit and stucco finish will provide a maintenance free exterior for many years.

This 51,200 square foot one story office/production facility provides a comfortable work environment for the manufacturing and distribution of highly specialized cervical collars. The utilization of painted tilt-up concrete wall construction, with the generous incorporation of rustication bands and butt-glazed reflective fenestration provide a quality traditional and timeless architectural appearance.





Art Guild

This 165,000 square foot, phase one, office/production facility provides a highly specialized work environment for the development and construction of exquisite trade show exhibits. The 116,000 square foot proposed phase two expansion will provide the Owner with the ability to immediately expand their operation or lease this highly desirable space to another company. Cost effective tilt-up concrete wall panels are the material of choice for purposes of enclosing this high volume facility. Carefully placed rustication bands, medallions and butt glazed reflective fenestration systems provide pleasant architectural variety.

This 22,000 square foot one story office building provides flexible space for a rapidly growing collection agency. In addition to the phased expansion capability of the facility, the initial space planning maximizes staff workstations. The creative use of concrete masonry units provides an attractive office appearance witouth the expense of higher-grade materials.

This 80,000 square foot two story speculative office building provides flexible and efficient tenant space, which incorporates a high tech appearance of the core elements. The common outdoor patio has been purposely located with a dramatic adjacency to the park's water feature. Equipped throughout to accommodate highly technical tenants, the sleek architectural precast concrete facade and ribbon windows provide a timeless appearance.
