Purepro Office Buildings

These 9600 square foot proto-typical one story speculative office buildings express their aesthetic character through the utilization of maintenance free materials such as, stucco, synthetic stone, aluminum cladding and textural asphalt shingles. The individual buildings are constructed entirely of wood frame, with pre-engineered attic trusses which create a continuous mechanical "catwalk" over the continuous length of the building. Slab on grade floor construction make this mechanical loft an absolute necessity in a building designed for multiple tenants. The traditional style of the architecture has been well received by prospective tenants.

Priority Express Courier

This 53,000 square foot high density archive filing storage facility utilizes steel frame and tilt-up concrete exterior wall construction to maximize cubic footage for rack storage. The architectural rustication lines and fenestration have been kept to a minimum for a facility which accommodates only a few visitors. Public image was not a priority; however, general aesthetics always remains an important consideration for Ruggieri & Partners.

Jaycee Lifestyle Furniture

This 77,000 square foot office, warehouse and showroom facility provides a 30’-0" clear height for the storage, distribution and sales display of residential and commercial "knock-down" furniture. This building was designed with a Butler delta-joist roof which provided some economy to the overall steel framing system. The exterior tilt-up concrete wall system incorporates numerous accent bands, two of which have been painted bright red in an attempt to create a more retail like image. Also, red aluminum storefront windows have been incorporated for the very same reason.

Albert E. Price

This 265,000 square foot office, warehouse and showroom facility provides a 32’-0" clear height for the storage, distribution and sales display of home accessories. The steel frame tilt-up concrete exterior walls and super flat floors help maximize the rack storage capacity. Minimal horizontal movement at the building’s main entrance, reflective glass and white aluminum mullions give plenty of architectural variety to the massive facade.

Elmwood Shoppes

This 25,000 square foot retail center provides 1200 square foot lease modules with an unencumbered 8’-0" cantilevered metal roof for protecting those rainy day patrons. The upper EIFS sign band and architectural lighting fixtures are somewhat exaggerated to attract the attention of patrons from US Highway Route 70, approximately 500 feet away.

Woodbury Nissan

This project required a complete building renovation and reconstruction of a new automobile showroom consistent with Nissan’s national standards. The use of high end flush metal panels, metal louvers and full height energy efficient glazing provide a contemporary solution to showcase new vehicles day and night.
