Architecture - Work In Progress

Cherry Hill Apartments

This project involves the complete rehabilitation of two twelve story apartment buildings with attached parking garages and centralized community center. The high rise buildings will provide luxury apartment units to an upscale rental market and include on site amenities such as fitness center, dry cleaning, beauty salon, deli, etc. The existing grade level parking garages will be expanded to include a second level of parking with the incorporation of a landscaped plaza for purposes of buffering the vehicles and the apartment units. The poured in place reinforced concrete structures will welcome a new panelized EIFS skin from the third floor to the roof, while the first three floors, including the new porte-cochere, may employ a more durable stone-like material for those of us who like to touch our buildings. In total, approximately 675,500 square feet of renovation and expansion will be involved in the rehabilitation of these buildings.

Medford Village East

This project involves the development of 603,000 square feet of factory outlet stores, in multiple buildings. Wide streets will provide continuous parking for quick and easy access to some of country's most highly recognized and respected retail merchants. In addition to some scattered residential units above the stores, the commercial hub will be surrounded by all types of additional residential units. Ultimately, the development of a "new town", proudly displaying a neo-traditional architecture, will arrive on the scene for our shopping and living pleasure. Residents and visitors of the new village will find shopping to be a pleasure with many covered walkways and interesting rest stops along the way. Highly organized signage will make finding your favorite store a breeze.

Sears Building

This two-story 129,000 SF historically registered Greek revival building was a magnificent retail store for "Sears and Roebuck" in 1927. The Admiral Wilson Blvd., Camden, NJ, was a well respected location in the early years of the "Sears and Roebuck" reign. This incredible building, now ready for a rebirth, will begin its transformation into an upscale multi-tenant office building at the hands of Ruggieri & Partners and our Client, Columbia Expo Corporation.

The Club at Riverwinds

This 45,000 square foot, three story facility will provide the crowning jewel for the West Deptford Township Riverwinds commercial complex. With the anticipation of numerous additional commercial facilities, this building will provide support services for the existing recreational center, indoor tennis courts, sport fields and renowned Riverwinds European style golf course. The first level of the building will provide storage for 100 golf carts and general building storage, while the second and third levels will provide a full service restaurant, pro shop and banquet facilities for 300 plus patrons. Outdoor decks will provide panoramic views to the future marina, Delaware River and Philadelphia skyline. The architectural style of the building pays homage to the existing recreational building, with a somewhat nautical theme.
